Our art incubator helps you develop your skills, build a network, and enjoy reaching your goals. With 4 equipped focus areas, a roof top and backyard, our community pushes artists to become full time entrepreneurs.
2022: 511 Delaware St. KC, MO.
The very first AI Hub KC location opened in the KCMO River Market! Co-Owners & AUC graduates, Taylor Burris and James Spikes III, merged their business in 2020 to form The IRIS Creative Projects Agency. As their clientele grew so did their passion for supporting their community & they saw the need to further produce innovative experiences for others. Thus, their daughter company, The AI Hub: An Art Incubator, was born and quickly became the community's home for creative exploration. With plans to expand they are set to open their newest location in Porter KC's newly renovated retail incubator.
